THERAPY
Therapy services include treatment for individuals, couples, and families. We offer services for children age 7 and up. Services may include treatment for depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anger, bullying, trauma, bipolar disorder, divorce/separation, life phase transition/adjustment, eating disorders, bereavement, relationships, and overall mental wellness.
SUPERVISION

COACHING
Executive coaching and career counseling is ideal for the highly functioning individual who seeks optimal work and career performanace. Coaching involves identifying career, relationship, family, and personal goals, while identifying and relinquishing problem areas interferring with optimal performance. Skill building and work-life balance are examples of areas addressed in coaching services.
TELEHEALTH SERVICES
Do you seek treatment but have a hard time fitting therapy into your busy schedule? Optimal Health offers Telehealth services in order to provide increased access and convenience with reduced scheduling and logistical barriers. Research indicates that Telehealth services are comparable to in-person treatment and Optimal Health provides this service for your convenience.
