PAYMENT POLICY
Initial 15 minute phone consultations are free. Therapy service fees range from $165-$200. Assessments are individually priced on need and diagnosis. Optimal Health accepts Cash, HSA and Credit Cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
INSURANCE HEALTH PLANS
For out-of-network benefits, you will pay in full at the time of service and submit the bill to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary and typically range from 50-80%.
