Appointment Prices and Billing Information
50 minute sessions range from $170 for an individual session and $200 for a family/couple session. Typically clients are recommended to come to therapy bi-weekly unless they are in crisis.
At Optimal Health, we support clients choice of keeping their mental health services private by not submitting claims to insurance companies. This gives the clients full autonomy and confidentiality over their personal health information.
Optimal Health accepts payment of debit and credits card (FSA/HSA, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover) and payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance Health Plans
At Optimal Health we are an out of network insurance provider. We do NOT accept insuance, but provide our clients with a detailed superbill that our clients can submit for possible reimbursement through their insurance health plan. We are not able to guarantee reimbursement and recommend clients checking with their insurance plans for coverage. Reimbursement rates vary and typically range from 50-80%.
