Melissa Fulton, LMHC is the Owner and Chief Clinical Counselor at Optimal Health Psychological Services Inc. Optimal Health has been in the Winter Garden, Florida community since 2014. Our goal as practitioners is to provide a full range of psychological services for optimal, emotional well-being for children, adolescents and adults. We emphasize holistic health and healing, while treating the entire person- mind, body, and spirit. 

Services include treatment for: ANXIETY, ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER (ADD/ADHD), DEPRESSION, GRIEF, MOOD DISORDERS, OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER (OCD), STRESS, SUICIDAL IDEATION, TRAUMA, and RELATIONSHIP ISSUES.
